The Arts Council of the Valley (ACV) is pleased to announce its 6th Annual Progressive Party, to be held this October at The Columns at Six Penny Farms.
Ticket sales and proceeds from the Progressive Party enable ACV to continue promoting the Arts as fundamental to a vibrant community and providing memorable Arts experiences for the City of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. Join us as we celebrate and support the success and continued growth of local art and performance in the Shenandoah Valley.
Teresa Townsend, personal historian and photo organizer of Tapestry LLC, will lead a workshop on the protection and preservation of printed documents, digital photos and memorabilia. The workshop will include capturing and preserving the story and ways to share and enjoy those special memories. The workshop will be offered in the Museum’s Community Room.
