2016 TCFHR Financial Review for TCFHR fund holders and community stakeholders.   TCFHR investment advisors will present a brief update on our investments.  Raymond E Owens, III, Research Advisor & Senior Economist with The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, will provide an update on economic conditions and monetary policy.
